Subscription Plans and Billing
Key ClausePaid subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
Payments
You authorize NexBill to charge your selected payment method for subscription fees, premium features, AI usage beyond plan limits, and applicable taxes.
AI Features
Key ClauseAI tools may assist with invoice creation, contract drafting, expense categorization, financial summaries, business insights, workflow automation, customer communications, and document generation. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before use.
Financial Records and Expense Tracking
NexBill provides organizational tools only and does not provide accounting, tax, financial, or legal advice.
Contracts and Documents
You are responsible for ensuring your contracts comply with applicable law. NexBill does not guarantee enforceability.
Third-Party Payment Providers
Payment services may be provided by third parties whose terms also apply.
User Content
You retain ownership of your uploaded content while granting NexBill a limited license to operate the Services.
Acceptable Use
Do not violate laws, commit fraud, upload malware, reverse engineer the platform, interfere with the Services, or misuse NexBill.
Data Security

Availability
